When will I receive my order?
We aim to ship out your parcel from our warehouse within 2 business days of you placing your order. You will receive an email with your tracking information when the order is shipped. For personalized items, we aim to ship your order within 2-4 business days as these are engraved on demand. For men's rings, we aim to ship your order within 3-7 business days .
Are duties and taxes included in the price?(Rest of EU)
While we will happily ship worldwide, please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its country destination. We do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes, so you will be liable for these. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Where are your products shipped from?
All of our products are shipped from our shop in Amsterdam.

TRACK

Can I track my order?
You will receive a link via PostNL with which you can follow your parcel.
As soon as your package leaves our shop, you will receive an email with a link that enables you to follow the shipment.
My package hasn’t been delivered yet, what should I do?
It could be that your package has been delayed with the courier. We recommend that you first check your track & trace code properly. That will tell you what the status of your delivery is.
Delivery times during promotions & public holidays
During holidays and promotions, PostNL & Turkstyleshop are often busier than usual. Despite the rush, we always do the best we can to process your package as soon as possible. Do bear in mind that it may arrive a little later than you would normally expect from us.

RETURN SERVICE

Jewellery with engraving, changed stone setting or custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
